Help section improvements

I’m not quite done with it, but it’s almost finished.

This is the help section I built for alacrity 2.0, but haven’t been able to launch it because.

It almost all works, I’ll have to do some tweaking still but otherwise I hope you like it!

servers will be on and offline for a while until the system admins fix it.

I updated the code so it works now.

I will be porting alacrity 2.0 help section into alacrity shortly.
