gonna fix chat before back to site overhaul

I'm going to fix chat so it doesnt suck.

its going to be a bit of work. but I should be able to do it such that it behaves as a standalone app that can be dropped into the current design , as a stand alone web app, AND operate on the new site.

I think that along with the paypal fix should shore up the major unfixed problems on alacrity live until the renovated site is good enough to launch.

ok. at least on bones purchases, this is fixed.

regarding triple bones special, cannot find anywhere this is defined other than as 0 (disabled)

paypal fixed on live

a few notes:

1. santas little helper does not quite yet work.
2. triple bone specials do not yet work.
if you purchase something under these circumstances, submit a ticket to support for additional credit.

additionally, in the short term, I can now add packages to the legacy system, should the renovation take longer than expected.

purchases are now credited!
