kennels cleaned

numerous bug fixes in kennels,

-can now view others kennels from their profile.
-dogs correctly link back to the kennel housing them
-options and settings moved into appropriate dropdowns.

-vip (upgraded options, still need some brushing out, but are functional)

other features to come later. such as searching a kennel for dogs by name. will work on more pressing cleanups first (aka profiles) Posted by Sin Vraal (#18687) on Jan 22, 2024
