Refund Policy

Alacritysim.com offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee for any transaction from within 5 days from the point it was billed.

Any refund request will be granted during this time period, provided the product has NOT been used in any form.

Refunds will not be issued for any transaction beyond the grace period of 5 days unless it is deemed to be due to a malfunction on the site itself which prevented the user from reporting.

Users not wishing to use our services anymore should submit a request to the Issue Hub to close their account(s).
