You can now turn off the chat in the layout and also set a "sticky font" that'll default be in the chat box on both the layout and regular chat page via your user profile. :)User shops are now made, everyone owns one, you can access yours via user profile pages, put items in via the inventory, update prices (you can sell for money or bones) in your user shop, set your shop's name and layout, take items out of the shop, search user shops via the "search" page.
A monthlies shop is nearly finished, in which upgrades will get free items each month for being upgraded, and another section where you can buy some of the monthly items for bones or regular money.
We've narrowed the layout bugs down to one: in IE, Chrome, and Safari the navigation bar brings up an overlapping one instead of appearing below the main links as it should. We're working on it. :)

New layout.
We have a brand new layout! We are still tweaking things, feel free to add your suggestions to this news post's comments. :) The rollover links at the top should be dropdowns, but they aren't working at the moment, and our layout coder has gone to bed for the night! So I reopened Ala to you all so you can play, the map links are at the top, bear with the navigational problems until tomorrow![EDIT: it appears IE (as usual) is the only non functioning browser with this layout. we're working on a fix, please use another browser until then.]
