shouts v3
Shouts (player advertising) has been updatedfeatures (work in progress)
- add or delete shouts
- shouts now last the full 6 hours. (no need to wait for a cron reset
- fully mvc
As this is a work in progress,
- this will be revised to save shouts, add links etc
- improved look and feel to come (along with design cleanups)
- Shout recycling to be added. (re use old shouts)

contacts v3
Friend lists and block lists have been refactored to be MVC compatible, and both merged into contacts .No new features yet, this was a purely cosmetic overhaul to split the design from the code. However it is setup to accomodate for private chatting, mailing and profile jumps.
Editing notes is disabled for the moment, but will be re enabled later so you can keep notes on players, trades etc.
a full writeup will be posted in admin updates later, along with a plot for any bug fixes and feature requests to this section :)
