New inventory system will drop in the next couple of weeks.

improvements:
- multi selecting ... its back. now you'll be able to bulk export to the user shop , sell to junk yard, give away, etc
- streamlined to work with dogs.
- hopefully less laggy!

many problems fixed.

took all day tracking tiny bugs down, but I think all should work as intended now.

dismissal of events now lasts until end of day (pst).
