Well, my darling Alacrites, I'm very happy to announce that we have a new and very talented addition to our art team! She has already done two new items for us, which you can find in the main shops (Scenic Route and Cash Boutique)!

On the status of Shiba Inus, they're almost done! Xylax and I have been working together so that we'll be able to release both the adult and puppy art at the same time, and should be able to set them loose on Alacrity before the end of the month. In the meantime, here's a little sneak peek!

To start I'd like to thank everyone who applied to join Alacrity's moderator team. We always hope when we put out a call like this one, to just be buried in interested applicants, and we were not disappointed.
Those of you who were not selected, please do not be discouraged. The most limiting factor we suffered in making this selection was not the quality of the applicants, actually, but rather the number of available spots we had. That makes us feel truly blessed, as Alacrity has always been a community of wonderful, stand up players.
There are quite a few wonderful changes to the roster, so let’s get started:
Firstly, to those staff members who have proven themselves beyond the scope of their original posts, we would like to extend the following promotions:
- Newbie Helper J'aime (#16) has applied to and been accepted as a new member of the moderator team.
- Newbie Helper Saddlebreed (#8352) has applied to and been accepted as a new member of the moderator team.
Congratulations, both of you. You've both worked very hard and grown as members and we are very proud to welcome you to the moderator team.
Secondly, but no less exciting than the firstly, these shining examples from our crop of non-staff applicants:
- Vixen (#1109) has been added to the moderator team.
- Talon (#3272) has been added to the moderator team.
Congratulations to you, our new members.
After initially applying to the moderator team, the following users were simply too valuable to not be brought on to our team in some fashion:
- Ashton (#5636) has been added to the Newbie Helper team.
- Katta (#3131) has been added to the Newbie Helper team
- Sasha ((#22058) has been added to the Newbie Helper team
- ShiNya (#2561) has been added to the Newbie Helper team
Also, welcoming back our returning staff members;
- Pom! (#41) has returned to the moderator team. We 're very glad to have her back
- Saluna (#11833) has returned to the newbie helper team and will be managing our Alacrity 101 project
