New, Old Rule & Misc.
Good morning, everyone.
There is a new, erp, well, old rule added to the rules page, General Rule 15.
"15) Excessive Refreshing
Refreshing the site excessively for the sole purpose of gaining random events is not allowed and is viewed as cheating. It is not a legitimate means of obtaining these companions and may also cause extra strain on the server for the site. The administrator team will be able to determine whether or not users are doing this apart from normal gameplay, so users do not have to worry.
1st Offense - Documented Warning & Removal of random event companions, as well as reversal of sales if sold/traded/etc.
2nd Offense - Account Frozen."
It has been enforced for a long time, including by Miss Robyn herself. Though it was not specifically written during the time, instead covered under "cheating" as a whole.
The administrator team felt it may be better to clarify it due to some confusion. Please remember that random event companions are an extra bonus towards the entire user base, and abusing it can result in the loss of it for everyone.
Miscellaneous Updates:
- Beauty Show entry information has been posted for everyone's convenience. We realise there is a problem with Beauty Show Judging at the moment. There seems to be some changes being added to the script and is still being worked out. We ask for everyone's patience a little longer while we locate the problem.
- Frisbee Toss information has also been added.
- Savage Werewolf companion is also operational through manual feeding, but will not work with the "Feed All" feature.
- Don't forget that the Custom Marking Raffle ends in just 4 days!

New Raffle! Oh, and some upates :>
Good evening, everyone!
We have a couple fun things for you tonight :>
First, I'd like to draw your attention to the newest Raffle!
In this raffle, you can buy tickets to be drawn at random for the next Custom Marking on Alacrity. Be sure to visit the page for the rules, but here's a basic rundown.- The Custom Marking Mix can be turned into Miss Carni, our Head Artist, to create a new marking for any single breed you choose!
- We have a fancy new bottle for this mix, so it will plop into your inventory once we award it; that means you can sell it or transfer it to your heart's content!
- This is a one-use item--once it's used, it's gone!
- You can buy tickets with either Cash or Bones.
- As always, we do not tolerate cheating on Alacrity--if we catch you making multiple accounts (and we will) to get this item, you will be banned.
Our second announcement is that our wonderful Newbie Helper Clayton has been promoted to Moderator! Please, take a moment to congratulate our newest team member <3
Finally, because there has been significant demand for Magical Food Bowls, we have decided to offer them once again in our Monthly Shop. It's a Bones-Only purchase, but many of you will be happy to see the option again :> You may have to hunt to find them in the monthly shop, since they're a relatively newer item, but they're there (for at least the next week, or so).
Finally, due to user requests, we will be working to create a list where you can all view what rare items are supposed to be where, and for what kinds of purchases; be they cash or bones!

Guess What!
The objective of Guess What is to take a guess of what an Alacrity item is, based on few pixels were taken from the image and blown up big. The first to guess the name of the item shown gets the prize!
The rules are simple:
One guess per person per post.
You CAN guess more than once, but wait until someone else posts after your last guess - this prevents flooding!
Now the part you're all interested in! The first person to guess correctly will win their choice of item from the monthly shop (no bone-only items, such as bags though)!
Here's a few pixels from the item - have fun guessing!

Would it break the rule if I was training a dog or use the pup predictor? I SWEAR I will not use it to just get an RE, although I got 2 RE's once from training a dog (I did not know I would get an RE anyways).
