Monthly Bags, Donation Items, and Bugs

First of all, you can now go to the Monthly Shop and the Donation page to see that we have gotten the bags and new donation items coded and posted!

As for bugs, many of you have reported that you're still experiencing issues with the cron jobs, such as dogs not properly gaining hunger/health/energy, and item effects also being affected. We are having someone help us out today to iron out whatever's causing this bug, and hopefully by tomorrow's roll-over we'll have it all smoothed over.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you will understand and continue to be patient with us as we sort things out on the new server.

Please bear with us on the monthly bags, as we have been unable to code them yet due to the server problems we experienced the other day. If you find that the new companion effects are not working, don't worry! We'll have it all sorted out ASAP!

Keep an eye out for when we add the Baby Tyrannosaurus Rex to the donation page! This adorable little rex will give your dog +5 energy every half hour, and as with the bags we'll replace the old Christmas donation items with the baby rex very soon. :} We apologize for any inconvenience!

Lag, cron issues, etc.

Hello there! Yes, we DO realize there are some issues with crons not working properly (this affects aging, hunger, energy gain, and stat gains/changes from companions). I'm here to tell you - it's okay!

The reason for the issues right now is that we are undergoing a transfer of our database from the old server to a new one.

We're hoping this change will help keep the site from repeating the recently experienced random downtime - which I'm sure you all agree is a GOOD change!

Please bear with us as we make this transition, and in the meantime feel free join us in chat and use the site as normal, but remember that these issues may pop up!
