update notes 8.9.2024

Page loading performance improved.

Kennels have been fully remastered.

- frontend /backend have been de coupled. (designers may now be able to work on the site for this section)
- improved performance.
- hotkey searching (in heat, male , female, etc)
- regular searching ("my dogs name" ,or "dog breed here")
- reworked /improved features for VIP functions
- rewrote the selected dogs code, paving the way for more kennel options
- backend design under construction to accomodate different types of containers (kennels)
- kennel rendering improvements. expect new kennel accessories soon!
-single page app friendly with dogs.
